OverLay Cock

It's an over lay clock that will always stay Infront of anything you have open even full screen mode in things you watch or play never worry about over playing/watching again. grate for treemers and bloggers. Needs Java to run, so I would suggest installing Java. took me 3 days to get this out. Coding by far is not my strong suit. this was a project of passion, something I wanted for a while now, but could never find. so I made it my self. It might improve it, but I don't know; we'll see. it shows both military time and am/pm.
